Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kalamusk, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and within the estimated delivery timeline. Every order is carefully packed using quality packaging materials to help protect the product during transit.

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners, including Delhivery and other reliable logistics providers. Orders are processed and shipped throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Within India

Kalamusk currently ships orders within India. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on eligible orders with the following additional charges:
  • ₹100 COD charge on orders below ₹5,000
  • ₹200 COD charge on orders of ₹5,000 and above

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, sales, new launches, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such periods.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

For remote locations, service-restricted pin codes, or areas affected by weather, strikes, natural events, or logistics delays, delivery may take additional time.

Pre-Order Delivery Timeline

Products marked as pre-order require additional processing time. Pre-order items are usually delivered within 15–20 days, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the complete order may be shipped together once all items are ready for dispatch.

Shipping Address

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers are requested to enter the complete and correct address, including house number, street details, landmark, city, state, pin code, and contact number.

Kalamusk will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once depending on their service policy. If delivery is unsuccessful after repeated attempts, or if the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or cannot be reached, the shipment may be returned to Kalamusk.

In such cases, Kalamusk will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused during return transit. Undelivered or returned shipments do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact method provided at checkout. Customers can use the tracking details to check the delivery status directly with the courier partner.

Damaged Shipments

We request customers to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order at support@kalamusk.com.

Please include clear images, videos, order details, and a brief explanation of the issue. This helps us review the matter and provide the appropriate support.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, government restrictions, public holidays, high order volume, or other situations beyond our control.

Kalamusk shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.

Policy Updates

Kalamusk reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
